1. Membership Terms

Membership at Naya Dreamland is subject to approval by our membership committee. All applications are reviewed quarterly. Membership fees are non-refundable once approved.

2. House Rules

Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of our policies may result in immediate removal and membership termination without refund.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. No-shows may result in reservation privileges being suspended.

4. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording are permitted in designated areas only. By entering our premises, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

5. Liability

Naya Dreamland is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members and guests attend events and use facilities at their own risk.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
